A local startup is looking for an Administrative Assistant who can also support their help desk. This person would be the first point of contact for visitors and inbound calls, and would need to be able to pivot tasks efficiently. This is a team in which all employees are passionate and looking to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Duties:
- Handle inbound calls, routing them appropriately
- Follow up on help desk tickets, troubleshooting a solution or escalating appropriately
- Assist in administrative duties for the CEO
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a help desk or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A basic understanding of IT and help desk procedures
- Strong organizational multitasking abilities
