Administrative Assistant - Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Support owners with calendar management, file management, and tech
- Work effectively with other Administrative Assistants as a team
- Assist others enthusiastically
- Assist accounting with various tasks
- Coordinate multiple meetings and events, including conference room booking and meals, when required.
- Coordinate staff travel, including conference registration, hotel, and airfare bookings.
- Assist with general clerical/administrative duties as needed including answering phones, filing, preparing correspondence and memos, faxing, copying, and mailing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management related field is a plus, but not required
- Two or more years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency with standard administrative software, including MS Office, Acrobat, Bluebeam, etc.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Offers versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with professional enthusiasm.
- This role requires working with a variety of personality types and they should be comfortable working under those conditions.
