JOB DETAILS:
-Build a foundational understanding of field data collection, remote monitoring, and pipeline compliance for the oil & gas industry with a focus on financial services.
-Perform basic transactional duties relating to various methods of payment, while ensuring all accounting components are completed timely and accurately.
-Review source documentation and account records to identify, interpret, and verify payment intentions.
-Upload invoices into customer portals.
-Call or e-mail clients daily following up on overdue balances.
-Manage transactional workflow to meet multiple routine deadlines.
-Provide information to staff, management, and customers in response to routine inquiries about account information.
-Use spreadsheets to calculate and analyze basic account data and create related ad-hoc reports and queries for management upon request.
Job Requirements
It’s required that you:
-Show proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel.
-Have an interest in learning about data collection and pipeline compliance and delivering excellent customer service.
-Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
