• 80% of this role is accounting and financial operations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Expense claims
  • Liaise with accounting firm
  • Prepare local tax filings
  • Set up online banking payments
• Additional responsibilities include:
  • Office admin
    • Answer phones
    • Organize meeting and occasional visitor events
    • Track office supplies
    • Vendor management
  • Payroll
    • Process biweekly payroll
    • Review timesheets, PTO, and leave balances

Job qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years experience in accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter who is comfortable setting up processes in a start-up environment
