HOA Property Manager
Job Description
Looking for someone entry level with some property management experience.
If you are ambitious with lots of energy we would like you to join our client's team. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn from seasoned professionals who have been doing this a long time.
Day to Day Duties:
-Phone calls with associations
-Handling property issues
-Property walks (oversee landscape, etc.)
-Working with maintenance department
-Conducting HOA meetings
-Accounts payable and receivables
-Project planning
-Working closely with contractors
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
-2-3 years of Property Management experience in any industry (apartment, commercial, etc.)
- Business Casual (no jeans)
