Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description

A construction company in Pflugerville is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who can wear multiple hats and has administrative experience in addition to 2-3 years minimum of Accounts Payable. They will be sitting at the front desk (this is an IN OFFICE role) and will be responsible for the following:
- Matching invoices with purchase order and packing slips
- Coding invoices to the appropriate jobs or GL account
- Filing checks and back up
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Making collection calls
- Monthly liens
- Answering phones
- Greeting guests
- Other tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Construction experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 2-5 years AP experience
- Flexible
- Good in a heads down environment
- Keeps busy
- Asks for more work
- Gets along well with others
- Attention to detail (accuracy over speed is very important)
