Human Resources Coordinator for a Non-profit

This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience working in HR as a generalist and has non-profit experience. 

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, exiting. 
• Manages and coordinates the benefits administration programs.
• Develops, coordinates, implements, and assesses organizational and professional development opportunities for staff training, including training assessments and coordination of speakers and presenters.
• Oversees and administers compliance programs, to include workers’ compensation, FMLA, COBRA, and OSHA.
• Maintains integrity of all human resources data and information systems, ensuring current, compliant status.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge in key human resources areas, including benefits planning and management, full-cycle recruiting, training and professional development, performance measurement and management, compensation, employee relations, staffing and compliance.
• Visionary and critical thinker, with the proven ability to implement complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in working with sensitive information and ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.  
• Demonstrated proficiency in PeopleSoft, Oracle HRIS, Sage, SAP, or similar HRIS or HRMS applications preferred.
