Accounts Receivable Coordinator for Downtown Organization
Job Description
Looking for a temporary, possible temp to hire candidate for a downtown membership organization. The Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service, performing Accounts Receivable duties, and maintaining membership records.
Responsibilities
1. Provide quality customer service in professional, helpful manner.
2. Build strong rapport with local board staff
3. Process Dues receipts on daily basis
4. Make collection calls to the local boards as needed
5. Analyze members’ accounts and promptly make corrections and/or modifications as needed
6. Resolve A/R: open aging report
7. Add, update and maintain members’ records
8. Provide accurate membership policy information to local membership staff
9. Provide phone support to members so they can access their benefits online
10. File daily dues batches and maintain board filing system
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- MUST be proficient in Excel, know filters and sort.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience processing Accounts Receivable and providing quality customer service.
- Association experience is a plus
