Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description
Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant capable of hitting the ground running in any organization? Do you enjoy working with a heavy flow of documentation? If so, this Administrative Support role may be right for you.
A local government organization is seeking to fill multiple administrative roles for various departments within their organization. These roles would require a high level of independent thinking, general office duties and document management. Experience in the government sector would be preferred.
Duties:
- Oversee purchasing of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with all aspects of organizing meetings, including scheduling, planning agendas and recording minutes
- Perform general office duties such as filing documents, answering incoming calls, scheduling and booking travel plans
- Edit projects and reports
