Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are accepting applications for Administrative Assistants! The ideal candidates will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our client's office or department.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

Assist with data entry, records management, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide general support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Associate degree or administrative certification a plus (not required).

2-3 years previous experience in an administrative or office support role highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude.

Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
