The A List Staffing has an incredible opportunity for candidates with substantial customer service experience and sufficient knowledge about technology. This project has extremely flexible hours with shifts in the early morning, overnight, throughout the week, and on the weekends. We are looking for a happy and upbeat individual that will be able to assist students via telephone with troubleshooting internet connectivity and basic configuration, as well as account registration and general customer service inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have some previous technical experience, customer support experience, or personal experience working with computers.
Meals are provided on the two busiest weekends of the project, and the strongest performers will have access to ongoing work opportunities.
You will have to pass a tech assessment to be eligible for this role. Example questions:
Can you find the IP/MAC address?
Are you familiar with a command prompt and how to find it?
Training Opportunities (everyone must attend one 3-day training from 8-4):
July 22-24 July 29-31 Aug 5-7
July 25-27 Aug 1 - 3 Aug 8-10
Evening training(s) may be available as needed.
Required weekends- Aug 17th & 18th and Aug 24th & 25th (lunch and dinner provided!)
