The A List Staffing has an incredible opportunity for tech support agents with extremely flexible hours! We'll have shifts early in the morning, overnight, on weekdays, and on weekends. We are looking for happy, upbeat people with technical knowledge and great customer service skills. You'll assist student customers via telephone with troubleshooting internet connectivity and basic configuration, as well as account registration and general customer service inquiries.
Ideal candidate will have previous technical experience, customer support experience, or strong personal experience working with computers.
***Meals are provided on the two busiest weekends of the projects, and the strongest performers will have access to ongoing work opportunities!***
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES (everyone must attend one 3-day training from 8-4):
Evening training(s) may be available as needed
Required weekends - Aug 17th & 18th and Aug 24th & 25th (lunch & dinner provided!)
