This national tech startup just opened an office in the Austin area and is seeking to grow their team! This is a unique ground floor opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a fast-growing Y Combinator startup in an energetic, fun office. The client offers free lunch and snacks, happy hours, quarterly company sponsored team outings, and opportunities for growth! In this role you will be the first point of contact for clients and vendors: communicating by email, taking calls, writing tickets, sending invoices, and updating sales support.
Eligible candidates must have recent customer service experience on their resume, have an energetic, clear phone presence, and above all be kind, sincere, and devoted to customer service. A college degree, basic administrative/project coordination experience, and restaurant or retail background are strongly preferred but not required.
