Our client company is a South Austin company that provides background check software and support. There is ample room for growth within the organization and valuable industry training provided.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for software testing, adding new features, supporting clients via phone and email, and attending conference calls.

In order to be successful in this role, you must possess customer service skills, have technical ability, and have the ability to learn quickly. It is also important to have domain knowledge in order to run feature tests.
