Job duties will include answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting and handling mail, transmitting documents online, handling email and faxes, reserving conference rooms, performing online check deposits, creating labels, scanning, printing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Although receptionist or front desk experience would be preferred for this role, it is not a requirement. Applicants must be pleasant, friendly, customer service oriented, happy and outgoing. Familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Excel are also required.
