Do you enjoy speaking with people and making outbound phone calls? Our client company provides a variety of accounts receivable, inventory-based and asset-based financing tools to their clients. They are in need of a professional, friendly individual who can make outbound phone calls to their customers’ customers.
The job responsibilities will include making outbound calls to verify invoices with A/P departments and follow up with outstanding invoices. Applicants need excellent customer service skills and need to enjoy being on the phone all day making outbound calls. It is also important to be detailed since you will be documenting all conversations in the system. As this position grows, there will be additional administrative duties to assist with the operations teams.
Requirements for this role include having a professional demeanor and having experience working in a call center.
