Are you looking to start an entry level payroll position? Do you have excellent Excel skills, including Pivot tables?

A local law firm is seeking an individual to assist in processing payroll and serve as point of contact for managers, current/former employees and to assist with payroll related questions or issues. Must be a problem solver and detail oriented.

  • Payroll Clerk with ADP and PCPW (software), some payroll experience preferred. 
  • General payroll knowledge
  • Data entry
  • Sort checks and bundle them to get out
  • Enough understanding to interact with other offices to answer questions for them

Job Requirements

Must haves - 

  • Stable tenure
  • Accounting skills
  • A little HR is a plus
  • Excel with pivot tables and vlookup
