An Austin based architecture and interior design firm is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper & Office Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office including related administrative tasks. This candidate would also have some bookkeeping experience to be able support our accountant and take on activities such as running payroll. You will be successful because you are a people person and a team player, ethical, highly organized, a creative problem-solver, adaptable, attentive, and hard-working. They are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual who will build rapport with clients, consultants, and vendors in this important role that represents their brand.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and keen attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office Suite-Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ethical, dependable and professional
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in an office setting
- Experience with professional services firm preferred
- Bookkeeping experience such as payroll, accounts payable & receivable, project invoicing, reconciliation required
- QuickBooks proficiency required
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required
