Part Time Bilingual Contract Administrative Support for Home Builder!
Our established client company is seeking a Bilingual Contract Administrative Support Associate. This amazing home builder boasts almost 100% employee retention, is family-oriented and the company is highly involved in charity and volunteer work in the Austin area.
Duties for this role would include reviewing insurance changes, making calls, emailing, data entry, filing, and other admin duties as needed. This could also be uploading paper files to an e-file database (scanning).
HOURS: 2 days per week (never Mondays)
Ideal personality: flexible, trustworthy, detail oriented and organized!
REQUIREMENTS would include being Bilingual in English and Spanish, knowledge of basic MS Office programs, previous insurance experience with the ability to read a contract would be beneficial. Must have people skills- good customer service, and be able to work with lots of personalities!
Contract and Insurance experience would be highly desired.
