Are you looking for a part time position that is fulfilling and enjoyable? Our client company is in the financial management industry and is located in downtown Austin.  This is a family owned and operated company with an excellent reputation.
This role is a new position designed to assist the small team with administrative duties.  This position is autonomous and requires someone who can work alone.  Job duties will include answering phones, data entry, making calls to clients, ordering office supplies, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Applicants for this role need to be able to take direction well, be self driven, have the ability to multi task, and be a quick learner. Microsoft and computer skills are required along with the ability to show accomplishments in previous roles or schooling.

Hours would be approximately 30 hours a week. Parking is provided.
