Office Manager With QuickBooks Experience Needed

Do you have QuickBooks experience?  Are you familiar with invoicing?  Our client company is a local construction company that has a solid track record in Austin.  This family owned company has assisted in the building of many restaurants, office buildings, and local structures that we know and love.

Responsibilities will include answering phones, accounts payable, accounts receivable, QuickBooks work, and other administrative duties.

Requirements for this role include experience with QuickBooks, experience printing and sending invoices, the ability to multi task, and the ability to work with many different personality types.  A pleasant personality and the ability to learn quickly are also very important for this position.
