Office Manager Needed for Real Estate Group

Do you have experience with office management or EA work?  Are you organized and people oriented?  Our client company is a private equity real estate group that is searching for an Office Manager.  This is a close knit group of colleagues that enjoy working together and there are excellent benefits offered. 

In this role, you will provide support for the entire office.  This will include administrative support, communication with clients via phone and email, managing calendars and expenses, quarterly reporting, data entry, social media, and other projects as needed. 

Applicants for this role must be friendly, have excellent customer service skills, have the ability to work independently, and be able to multitask.  In order to be eligible for this role, familiarity with Microsoft Office and 3 years of experience in either an EA or Office Management role are required.
