Office Administrator for Law Firm in Downtown Austin
Our client company in downtown Austin is a small office with a family feel. The law firm is seeking a self starter who is friendly and dedicated.
Duties for this role would include reception, filing and sorting mail, managing front office, ordering office supplies, handling outside vendor/maintenance requests, keep track of office schedule, sometimes helping IT vendor with computers and phone systems if they shut down.
