Can you speak and write in both Korean and English fluently? Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy speaking with people over the phone? Our client is a Christian healthshare ministry that provides alternatives to traditional healthcare options. They have an excellent mission and an amazing team of people! This organization is growing rapidly and they promote from within.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a new account that has 1,000 households signed up. Many of the households may speak only Korean. This is a mid-level CSR role that is likely to turn into a higher level position as you learn and grow in the role.
Job duties will include taking phone calls from members, making outbound calls in response to emails and inquiries, answering questions and explaining the program to potential clients, explaining the online portal to clients, logging calls and making notes in the system. You will do some administrative tasks as well including putting together information packets, sorting mail, scanning, electronic filing, and data entry.
In this position, it is important to be friendly, flexible, adaptable, and self driven. The ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure are also key to success. Requirements include being bilingual in Korean and English and experience working in customer service or a call center. You must also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
