The Inside Sales Rep needs to be dynamic and highly motivated. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales appointments for outside sales reps and to drive revenue for this growing business. In this role you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering solution-based product discussion over the phone and interfacing effectively with outside sales representatives. In addition, you will be responsible for working with the CRM platform, qualifying and working customer opportunities to maximize revenue. You should be capable of handling questions or issues which may arise during a sales campaign and managing appropriate customer expectations throughout the qualifying process of the sales cycle.
Ideal candidates will identify themselves as flexible, positive, curious and detail-oriented. You’ll have the ability to think strategically and execute tactically to improve the generation and management of leads to meet pipeline goals and drive ROI. A preferable background for this role will include experience as a market development rep, experiencer selling into HR or finance departments, a general understanding of the health benefits industry, and good decision making skills.
