Do you have experience in a PC/LAN operating environment? Our client company is a group of over 140 primary and specialty care doctors and providers providing care in Austin and surrounding areas in Central Texas. They are looking for an experienced Help Desk professional. There is ample opportunity to learn and grow within this organization.
The Help Desk Specialist will be the primary contact for customers to provide technical support and services. You will support incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will answer help desk questions in a timely manner, be proactive and responsive to all requests.
Applicants for this role must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-4 years experience in a PC/LAN operating environment that includes Microsoft Windows and Office products is preferred.
