Are you passionate about talking to people every day and recruiting?  Do you have strong organizational skills?  Our client company is a worldwide software company that is growing rapidly.  They are searching for an Administrative Assistant for the Human Resources department. 

As an Administrative Assistant for the HR and Recruiting team, you will help to manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. You will need to be an organizational expert who can work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of authority.  You should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.  You will primarily work with the Recruiting team, but will also have the opportunity to assist the rest of the Human Resources department with specific events and will support the Vice President of HR for the Americas with travel and expenses. 

To succeed at this job, you must have experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.  A Bachelor's Degree is required.
