Our client company in Round Rock is seeking a qualified candidate who is flexible, team oriented with a strong attention to detail to join their growing team!
This role will be taking calls from the field and working to put together an installation/service schedule. This is a position that requires attention to detail and flexibility. Although the tasks themselves are not very difficult, they require attention to detail and the ability to change. The position requires basic phone skills and computer skills. Because of the construction business they are in, these schedule can change from day to day and hour to hour, so patience and flexibility are key!
Duties for this role would include taking phone calls from customers, inputting orders (“tickets”), printing tickets and monitoring schedule.
Good computer skills and basic Excel knowledge is highly desired.
