Do you have billing experience? Our client company is the largest distributor of incontinence supplies in Texas. They sell a variety of medical equipment to their patients.
The company takes calls from the patient or the patient’s care coordinator, gets them set up in the system, checks with insurance to confirm the patient qualifies, gets approval from the doctor, sends out the product and bills the insurance company. The Denial Resolution Specialist will be responsible for all activities related to resolving, monitoring, and appealing claim denials received from Third Party Payers.
In this role, you will be entering information necessary for insurance claims, submitting insurance claims,
answering patient questions, following up with insurance companies on unpaid or rejected claims and resolving issues in order to re-submits claims.
Applicants for this role must have 3 months related experience or training, have a high school diploma or GED, have excellent computer skills, and be a quick learner.
