Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Needed for Medical Company

Are you an excellent multitasker with data entry and customer service experience? Would you like to work in the billing department for a large medical company that processes labwork for a variety of doctor’s offices and hospitals? This organization offers excellent benefits and a supportive working environment.
This is a customer service role. The primary duties include taking inbound patient calls, looking at patient diagnosis codes, and reviewing accounts prior to filing out to insurance. This role will involve a lot of working and fixing accounts before they are able to be filed for insurance.
Applicants for this role must be fluent in Spanish and English. It is important in this role to be an excellent multitasker. Experience with both data entry and customer service are required.
