Do you have customer service experience? Do you have good computer and phone skills? Our client company is an international commercial cleaning company. They have been in business for over 30 years. This position will be in the regional office in Austin.
The primary job duties for this position include making outbound calls to set appointments, maintaining the database by adding new companies and updating information, gathering and calling sales leads, and mailing out follow up information.
Applicants for this role must have basic computer and phone skills. Customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
