PRIMARY DUTIES: This role would be the “go to” person for all invoicing/office management/and office events.

  • Date Entry into Excel & BST for invoicing
  • Ordering Supplies for the Office
  • Planning in office events
  • Communicating with Corporate HQ
  • Generating Drafts for Project Managers
  • Picking up the mail
  • Scanning in Files
  • Answering phones

REQUIREMENTS:

***** ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF BTS OR VISION SOFTWARE- please, no exceptions ***

  • 3+ years in an Administrative Assistant or Office Management role
  • Ability to be adaptable to all personality types
  • Able to multi-task & juggle various projects & goals
  • Organized
